Responsibilities

• Perform donor risk assessments and collect medical, demographic, and social information.
• Contact potential donor families by phone regarding donation options.
• Evaluate donor eligibility per tissue processor expectations and communicate with the tissue recovery team.
• Document thoroughly in the Gift of Life EMR.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
