Job summary

The American Heart Association in Houston is seeking a Finance & Reporting Coordinator (Data Analytics Coordinator) to provide complex administrative support to the Greater Houston team. The role emphasizes data analytics, CRM data quality, budgeting, and donor stewardship, requiring strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work onsite in the Houston area.

You will manage accounting tasks, donor records, reports, and assist SVP/executive leadership with timely insights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience; 1 year supporting senior/executive management preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for data analytics, reporting, and financials.
• Lead database management and data quality checks using CRM and event software.
• Process donations, mail, cash handling, invoices, and donor pledge follow-ups.
• Assist with budgeting processes and monthly accounting calls.
• Maintain donor contact lists and coordinate stewardship with leadership and donors.
• Prepare and format correspondence, memos, charts, and reports.
