Job summary

The American Heart Association seeks a Sr. Donor Relations Manager to advance donor stewardship, reporting, and engagement in the Seattle area. You will coordinate grant deliverables, reports, and recognition across multiple teams, ensuring timely and accurate communications with donors.

You will lead projects in Asana, maintain CRM records, and work closely with the relationship manager to maximize donor impact and revenue while traveling up to 25% locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated report writing skills.
• Excellent in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Experience in grant writing and grant requirements.
• Ability to present PowerPoint to groups.
• Ability to manage project timelines using software tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor and gift stewardship for a portfolio of active gifts.
• Collaborate with the relationship manager to meet donor needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate grant deliverables and donor impact reporting.
• Develop donor recognition and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Manage tasks in Asana and update the CRM database.
