The American Heart Association is seeking a Program Coordinator on the Strategic Research Team in Dallas, TX, for a 12‑month temporary role with a hybrid schedule (at least two days in the office). You will support awards management, data quality reviews, and special projects, acting as a liaison for investigators and institutional officers.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of related experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with databases and MS Office.

The Program Coordinator provides administrative and technical support services within the Association's strategic research awards team, focusing on process and day-to-day management. Conduct data quality reviews for the team and assist investigators and their institutional officers in understanding and interpreting the Association's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with research awards.
