Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research and/or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value donor prospects and prioritize them for fundraising objectives.
• Prepare prospect intelligence and relationship insights to support cultivation and solicitation.
• Lead development of internal AI solutions for prospecting and risk analysis.
• Develop predictive models to optimize donor placement in pipelines.
