Job summary

OPERATION SMILE INC. seeks a Manager, Direct Response Fundraising to drive multichannel donor acquisition campaigns (DRTV, direct mail, telemarketing, F2F) and cultivation of English-speaking core donors.

You will coordinate agency partners, review creative and copy, and manage timelines and budgets while supporting Spanish-language materials with internal teams and external partners. You will work with Data and Analytics to optimize targeting and provide clear performance summaries, while

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to review materials for accuracy and translate results into summaries.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with donor databases.
• Experience with fundraising platforms preferred (Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, Tatango).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of multichannel donor acquisition campaigns across DRTV, direct mail, telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising and select digital channels.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day liaison with fundraising agencies, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain integrated campaign calendars, project plans, status reports, and other documentation.
• Review campaign materials for accuracy, brand alignment, donor focus, and offer consistency.
• Support Spanish-language fundraising materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Work with Data and Analytics to support audience selection, segmentation, and data requests.
• Develop presentations, campaign recaps, business reviews, and annual plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and summarize results, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders.
