Job summary

The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is seeking a Philanthropic Associate (Engagement) to prospect and cultivate new donors, build a donor pipeline, and secure new gifts in support of the Foundation's mission.

Reporting to the Director of Donor Engagement, you will collaborate with Philanthropy and other teams, manage donor services, track activity, and participate in donor events and stewardship initiatives to grow invested assets across the region.

Qualifications

• Prospect and cultivate new donors to grow the Foundation's donor base.
• Develop donor communication and engagement strategies.
• Assist with donor services and stewardship practices.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and secure new gifts from new and existing donors to grow invested assets.
• Manage and build portfolio of prospective and current donors; schedule meetings, events, and communications.
• Support strategy development, cultivation plans, and activities for securing new gifts.
• Coordinate donor events and communications calendars to ensure high donor engagement.
