Job summary

CommunityAid is seeking a Production Associate for part-time hours at our Hanover, PA warehouse. You will sort, price, and rack donations, ensuring quality standards for the retail floor.

You'll rotate through production sections, assist with opening/closing, and report safety issues while upholding our teamwork and respectful culture. English proficiency and reliable attendance are essential. Six months warehouse experience helps. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse or production experience helpful.
• Scheduling flexibility and evenings and weekend availability.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Adherence to attendance and hours per DoL status (part-time).

Responsibilities

• Sort, grade, price, and rack donations to meet quality standards.
• Understand products, current promotions, and pricing standards to support sales.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and store.
• Learn tagging methods and sales/marketing approaches.
• Rotate through production sections to meet store needs and respond to management.
• Assist with opening/closing and rag out tasks as assigned.
• Report theft, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow employee handbook and company directives.
