Job summary

CommunityAid is seeking a Donations Associate – Level 3 at our Hanover, PA facility. You will manage inventory and warehouse operations, operate heavy machinery, and ensure a clean, safe donation and warehouse area while moving donated goods efficiently.

You will supervise workflow, assist with customer service at the donation door, sort and route items by quality, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and assist with inventory movement.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and backstock organization.
• Assist with donations processing, sorting, and pricing as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of warehouse and donation areas.
• Support production and logistics as required.
