Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and three years of warehouse experience with at least six months in a supervisory capacity
• Or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Responsibilities

• Leads warehouse staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries; schedules and monitors work; trains staff in procedures; inspects progress for accuracy and completeness; guides staff to resolve issues and ensures standards are met.
• Monitors the arrival and distribution of all donations to ensure items reach the correct destination promptly.
• Monitors warehouse stock levels to identify items needing replenishment and maintain inventory balance.
• Inspects donated items (clothes, shoes, household items, food, etc.) for quality and suitability.
