Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Boulder is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates and beneficiaries on-site. You will drive production goals, train staff, and enforce pricing and quality control standards while maintaining safe, organized operations in a charitable setting.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse populations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Lead, motivate and mentor warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, accountability and follow-through.
• Differentiate quality of donated items.
• Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to reach operation efficiency and production goals.
• Evaluate employee performances and set clear attainable goals.
• Share responsibility for production department performance and lead by example.
• Ensure merchandise is priced according to pricing structure.
• Maintain quality control for all materials.
• Ensure safety and proper use of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Keep area clean, neat and organized and follow ARC policies.
