Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Store Associate for ARC-Atlanta Store 6 in Duluth, GA. This full-time role supports daily store operations, assists customers, and helps maintain attractive displays while adhering to store policies.

You will help supervise staff as needed, ensure cashier funds are secure, and contribute to a safe, friendly shopping environment in Georgia. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a retail store is preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store employees and participate in day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse.
• Ensure accountability and security of cashier funds and maintain neat, stocked displays.
• Assist customers in locating items, explain store policy, and resolve routine problems.
• Support the Store Manager when needed and perform special assignments.
