Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
• Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.
• Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse staff to reach operation efficiency and production goals.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide accurate reviews and clear attainable goals.
• Share responsibility for production department performance and lead by example.
• Ensure merchandise is priced according to pricing structure.
• Maintain quality control for all materials.
• Responsible for collection and security of high-value jewelry and items.
• Enforce policy that no merchandise is taken, lent, or stored for later purchase.
• Ensure safe, proper use and maintenance of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Keep工作 area clean, neat and organized.
• Follow safety measures established by ARC policy and government regulations.
