Goodwill Columbus is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support processing, storage, and movement of donated goods. This hands-on role contributes to our mission by handling merchandise, maintaining organization, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include sorting, stocking, loading/unloading, and coordinating with teams to meet productivity expectations while upholding safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, sort, and move merchandise throughout the workday.
• Warehouse, production, logistics, or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
• Forklift or material-handling equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, package, and prepare donated goods and materials for processing or shipment.
• Move, stage, stock, and store merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Load textiles and other materials into designated equipment and production areas.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and donations.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery as trained.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as assigned.
• Load and unload trucks while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Follow all Goodwill Columbus policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or potential risks promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
