Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to assess donated goods and determine handling.
• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Must lift 40–60 pounds and work in varied warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into textiles, hardline goods and trash.
• Grade, hang, and tag textiles following standards.
• Move materials between workstations as needed.
• Assist donors with unloading and receipts.
• Maintain daily donation records and donor interactions.
• Pack seasonal items and support shipping paperwork.
• Help keep the warehouse clean and safe.
