Job summary

CommunityAid Inc. is hiring a Donations Supervisor to oversee the donor experience at the store, lead a team of Donation Associates, and manage warehouse activities including inventory flow for the home store and other CommunityAid locations.

The role requires coordination with store management, staff development, and strict adherence to safety and compliance. A starting wage of $20.00+ per hour is offered, with scheduling that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass lift test and drug test after offer.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• PA Driver’s License preferred.
• Scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor experience and supervise Donation Associates.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with store departments and management.
• Ensure safety and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Train and develop staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
