Responsibilities include assisting with donations, processing items, operating basic store tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment with occasional lifting and standing for long periods. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides responsive and respectful service to donors and customers, greeting promptly and answering questions.
• Processes and sorts hard goods and textiles according to store standards, preparing for sale and donation intake.
• Maintains safety, uses pallet jacks and dollies, and keeps a clean, organized work area.
• Tracks donations and required paperwork, and handles daily workstation upkeep.
