Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a retail associate to help fulfill its mission in a busy store. You will maximize efficiency, store appearance, and customer and associate satisfaction while processing donations for placement on the sales floor.

You will inspect donations, sort materials, tag items, and assist customers in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; no prior experience is required and a background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
