Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support store openings, production and closing operations.
• Effective communication in English with customers and OVGI associates.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, courteous service to all customers in-store, outside, and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and answer customer questions promptly.
• Maintain dressing room standards and floor presentation.
