Job summary

GOODWILL CENTRAL COAST in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Processor to support the donation flow and store operations. You will process donated items through sorting, pricing and tagging to prepare them for sale.

Experience is not required, and on-the-job training is provided. The role emphasizes basic math, inventory accuracy and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment with occasional donor interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math ability.
• Ability to communicate in basic English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Sort and grade textile/clothing and other items by category and quality levels.
• Clean and grade items by removing surface dirt and discarding damaged pieces.
• Price items and apply tags or labels according to value.
• Place items for transport to store sales floor.
• Assist donors with donations and maintain daily sanitizing duties.
