Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Processor at our Naples location to receive, record, sort, and process donated goods using the Kaizen system. The role supports production goals and quality standards while assisting with merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail and/or stock handling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, sort, and process donated goods.
• Greet donors and customers with friendly, professional service.
• Meet or exceed production goals through accurate processing and labeling.
• Execute Kaizen drills and maintain clean, safe workstations.
• Sort and organize hangers; follow processing procedures and color/category guidelines.
• Move merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise by color and category.
• Follow inventory rotation and established pricing procedures.
• Sort pulls and outlet merchandise for designated containers to support operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train for other duties.
