Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Processor at our Naples, FL location to receive, record, sort, and process donated goods using the Kaizen system. The role supports production goals, quality standards, and a clean, safe store environment, with duties in merchandising, customer service, and donation processing.

You will greet donors, help customers, and move merchandise to floor, follow labeling and pricing procedures, and assist across store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or stock handling experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfort with color recognition and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, sort, and process donated goods according to Kaizen and labeling guidelines.
• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide customer service.
• Meet or exceed production goals by processing merchandise and supporting process improvements.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized workstations and areas; perform duties across store operations as needed.
• Sort, label, and merchandise products on the floor, follow pricing procedures and rotation guidelines.
• Assist with donation processing, merchandising, and cross-train for additional duties as assigned.
