Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is hiring a Retail Processor at our Punta Gorda location. You will receive, record, sort, and process donated goods using the Kaizen system while meeting production goals and maintaining quality and safety.

The role includes assisting with merchandising, customer service, and various store operations as needed. We value a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or stock handling experience, and the ability to stay active, follow instructions, and communicate

Qualifications

• Retail or stock handling experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move heavy items up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility with schedule and outdoor work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, sort, and process donated goods.
• Greet donors and customers with friendly, professional service.
• Meet or exceed production goals and maintain quality and safety.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized workstations and follow processing procedures.
• Assist in merchandising, customer service, donation processing, and store operations as needed.
