Job summary

GOODWILL OF CENTRAL FLORIDA is seeking a Donations Processor in DeLand, FL. You will greet donors, process incoming donations, issue receipts, and ensure items are sorted, priced, and displayed per policy.

The role requires ability to lift heavy items, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and merchandising procedures. Prior retail or stock handling experience is preferred and strong customer service is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or stock handling preferred.
• Basic math for cash handling and measurement.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors/customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process donations and issue donation receipts.
• Sort, price, and hang garments; rotate stock as directed.
• Keep the processing area clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist customers with lifting items and locate merchandise.
• Follow merchandising policies and report suspicious activity.
