You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on helping local job seekers. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year production experience, basic math/reading, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Age 18+ to operate forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide donation receipts to guests at donation time.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations for trucks.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Communicate with management when needed.
• Complete trainings and meetings as required.
