Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Associate Production at Laskin Rd to support store operations, process donations, and keep the sales floor organized and appealing.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, follow the Retail Operations Manual, and may be cross-trained in multiple production and customer service roles. Background check is required; HS diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination with work experience considered.
• No previous experience required.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect donations and assess quality per manual.
• Sort material and categorize for use, salvage, or trash.
• Tag and stage items for the sales floor per rotation system.
• Assist with production to meet daily item minimums.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Adhere to the uniform dress code.
