Job summary

The JOY FM in Arlington is seeking a Donations Associate for the seasonal, part-time period to support and lead daily donations operations. You will provide excellent customer service to donors, manage inventory flow, and help keep the donations area organized across the door, warehouse, and stockroom.

We value ministry-minded individuals who can train and supervise volunteers, work well in a team, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, including retail or warehouse experience.
• 2-3 years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily donations operations and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain organization in donations operation - processing area, donation door, warehouse side and stockroom.
• Assist in training, coordination and supervision of donations staff and volunteers in operations.
• Lead the team in the absence of the assistant manager by zoning staff and ensuring daily duties are followed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
