Job summary

Hope’s Closet Thrift Store in San Pablo is seeking a part-time Donations Associate to support and lead daily donations operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will work under the Assistant Manager of Donations and contribute to a retail environment aligned with our church mission.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, a background in retail or warehouse activities, and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years of relevant work experience or volunteer hours, including retail or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minister of the gospel and lead by example in daily donations operations.
• Disciple staff and serve customers through relational engagement and prayer.
• Drive sales by managing daily donations processes and ensuring quality standards.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and maintain order in the donations areas.
