Job summary

World Help in Forest, Virginia seeks a Part-Time Seasonal Donor Support Representative to assist the Donor Support Team by updating donor information in the CRM, handling inbound and outbound donor calls, and supporting "Thank You" programs.

This role requires strong customer service skills, efficient time management, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professional donor communication across channels. Normal operating hours, no travel, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage all donor information in CRM database.
• Answer inbound donor related calls through the main World Help line.
• Provide project updates and donor education on World Help.
• Maintain knowledge of ongoing marketing and acquisition campaigns.
• Respond to external and internal emails within 24 hours.
• Make outbound calls to donors as needed.
• Assist in executing 'Thank You' programs.
• Escalate donor issues to the Donor Support Supervisor when needed.
