Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an entry-level store associate to join the team at our Phoenix, AZ location. You will help process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and support sale readiness while providing a positive customer experience.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift and move items, and adherence to safety rules. This is an in-store position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwork and safety standards; stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; able to lift and move items.
