Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring to lead a positive customer and brand experience at a store location in Peoria. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and support a clean, safe, and efficient sales floor.

The role requires English proficiency, being at least 18, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive starting wage are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Aufgaben

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for the assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods; reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following floorwork and process standards.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and uses appropriate safety equipment; reports unsafe conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; capable of lifting, bending, pushing, turning and manipulating items.
