Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to support daily production goals by processing donations, sorting and prepping merchandise for sale, and replenishing stock. The role includes welcoming guests and donors and assisting with donation intake as needed, with cross-training across production functions.

The position involves standing and handling goods throughout shifts, with adherence to safety and best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be physically able to stand, stoop, bend and carry during shift.
• Background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to Best Practices.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
