Job summary

PCs for People is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cleveland, OH to handle a range of warehouse tasks including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping donated items. Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Able to work independently, be dependable and adaptable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Self-direct tasks and solve problems independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional but friendly demeanor with attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and community-minded
• Interest in digital inclusion and the community
• Technology or recycling knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintaining supplies, PPE, tools and equipment to ensure safety and compliance
• Maximizing production floor space and efficiency
• Meeting productivity goals
• Sorting, cleaning and organizing donation inventory
• Moving inventory with pallet jacks and forklifts
• Sort donations by category
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Record inventory of incoming equipment
• Receive, store, move and pack outgoing inventory
• Back-up scanning serial numbers into spreadsheets
• Back-up print PIDs and add inventory into CRM
• Transfer hard drives to Computer Technician
• Represent PCs for People favorably with donors
• Other duties as requested
