Job summary

PCs for People, a national nonprofit, seeks a full-time ITAD Driver / Warehouse Associate. You will drive and handle warehouse tasks, loading and unloading equipment, while representing the organization at client sites and following DOT regulations.

The role combines driving with warehouse duties, including sorting donated equipment and maintaining safety standards. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 20'–26' box truck (no CDL) to pick up and deliver computer equipment.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and follow DOT safety requirements.
• Load and palletize equipment at client sites; assist on-site sorting.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and supplies.
• Document transfer of ownership paperwork at client sites.
• Communicate professionally with donors and clients about our mission.
• Meet KPI targets for timely and accurate deliveries and pickups.
• Load/unload equipment and record inventory in the CRM.
• Assist with sorting, palletizing, and processing donated equipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Support bulk order fulfillment and equipment distribution.
• Follow NAID procedures for secure handling of data devices.
• Comply with internal safety, vehicle, and environmental standards.
