Job summary

StaffEx is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cleveland, OH 44135. The temporary role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $16–$19 per hour.

Responsibilities include inventory control, operating forklifts and other equipment, and picking, packing, and shipping items. You will use RF scanners and a WMS to track movements and ensure accuracy while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment with safety training preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
• Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Execute packaging tasks while adhering to company standards for quality and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary.
