Job summary

The Production Team Member is responsible for all aspects of processing donated merchandise, including receiving, sorting, grading, and preparing items for retail sale. This role ensures donations are handled efficiently, safely, and in accordance with organizational standards, while providing excellent customer service to donors.

• Donation Receiving & Donor Services: Greet donors and assist with unloading donations, providing courteous service.
• Production & Processing: Sort, inspect, categorize, and price donations; hang clothing; document donations.
• Safety & Facility: Maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area; follow safety procedures; operate equipment safely.
• Supervisory Duties: None.
