Qualifications

• Knowledge of textile articles related to garment classification (gowns, shirts, pants, etc).

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly and professional attitude and provide prompt service.
• Receive donations from donors and issue donation receipts; assist customers with lifting items.
• Sort donations into carts or bins and determine the quality of donations.
• Sort and price hard goods as needed.
• Keep the production area and store areas clean and safe; wear appropriate dress code.
• Provide general information to customers/donors and assist processors when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and respond calmly to emergencies; refer complaints to management.
