Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant to handle donations, process receipts, and help maintain organized donation areas. The role requires front-line customer service, ability to meet production targets, and physical work including lifting and moving donations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with the public or team.
• Customer service experience with the public preferred.
• Ability to meet production quotas and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from donors and provide receipts.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and record goods received.
• Move items using material handling equipment and load unload trucks/ trailers.
• Keep donation areas clean and organized; assist with general store cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
