Job summary

Goodwill Industries of southeastern Michigan is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors, unload donations, and help with receipts in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll provide friendly service and accurate donor counts.

This full-time role offers a consistent forty-hour work week, benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a store discount, along with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
