Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Michigan is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and support daily donation processing. You will unload donations, offer tax receipts, and ensure a smooth donor experience with prompt service.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate daily counts, and proper sorting to prepare donations for processing. Evening and weekend shifts may be required in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
