Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan is hiring a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers with friendly service in a fast-paced environment. As a Donor Greeter, you will greet donors within 10 seconds, unload donations, offer tax receipts, and ensure accurate daily donor counts while preparing items for processing and providing world-class service.

• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

The Position

As a Donor Greeter, You Will

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors

The Qualifications

Salary: $14.25 per hour
