The Salvation Army Baker City Service Extension is seeking a Truck Driver – Warehouse Assistant. This role involves collecting donations, transporting and unloading items, and assisting in the warehouse and social services activities under the direction of the Service Extension Director.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a safe driving record, and an Oregon driver’s license (CDL not required). The position is non-exempt, full-time equivalent with 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck to collect donations from various locations and unload and store them at the Baker City building/warehouse.
• Assist at the warehouse (Social Services) under the Service Extension Director.
• Help with Christmas Fundraising, Christmas Distribution, Food Distribution, and other seasonal or daily services.
