Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services at our Welshire Plaza Donation Center (and potentially at Monaco Store). This part-time role greets customers, processes donations, and works outdoors in all weather while maintaining safety and courtesy.

It includes opportunities for paid holidays and DailyPay access, with a commitment to excellent service. The position requires basic English communication, a high school diploma (preferred), and retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with donations in a courteous manner.
• Unload donations from customers' vehicles when needed.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when necessary.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to remote donation centers as required.
