Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers and process donations at our Highlands Ranch locations. You will handle donations, assist drivers, and maintain a safe, organized workspace in varying weather conditions.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Part-time schedule and daily pay options are available, with benefits including holidays and paid leave where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects with a dolly or pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with donations.
• Unload donations from vehicle and place in appropriate areas.
• Sort donated items into bins or production areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and staff.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations when needed.
• Crosstrain in other departments as needed.
