Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a Donation Services Associate for the Colorado Springs Warehouse. You will greet customers, accept donations, and help with pricing, loading, and unloading items, including furniture, in a fast-paced retail environment.

This on-site, full-time role requires standing, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather. Weekend availability is preferred and Daily Pay benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One (1) year of retail experience is preferred.
• Must be able to make decisions by following Goodwill standards and guidelines.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accept donations.
• Unload donations from vehicle or other areas.
• Ensure items are handled with care and sorted appropriately.
• Assist with loading donations onto customer vehicles.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean donation area.
