Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, process donations, and assist with loading/unloading items at our donation centers. You may be required to lift items and work outdoors in all weather. Weekend/evening availability is required and part-time roles are available.

Pay is $17.01 per hour, with Daily Pay options and benefits such as paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move items with safety equipment.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with donations at retail centers.
• Unload donations from vehicles and sort items.
• Ensure items are handled with care and placed in correct areas.
• Assist with loading donations onto trucks when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized donation area.
