Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers and process donations at our Highlands Ranch locations. This role involves working outdoors in all weather and providing excellent service.

The position primarily serves the Highlands Ranch Store with potential shifts at the Donation Center. Applicants should have a High School diploma, retail experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with donations in a courteous manner.
• Unload donations from vehicles and place in appropriate areas.
• Ensure donations are sorted and handled safely.
• Maintain safe, clean environment at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Support drivers with loading/unloading when needed.
