Please Note: Excellent customer service skills are a must! Please tell us about your availability! Full-time positions are available. Availability to work evenings and weekends is preferred.
Donation hours at our Retail Centers are Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Pay: $18.81/hr. This position is eligible for Daily Pay, allowing you to work today and get paid today! We've partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule.

The Donation Services Associate I is typically the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers. They provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers promptly and assisting as needed, which may include lifting or unloading donations from vehicles or other areas. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, respecting donated items.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: One year of retail experience preferred.
