Step into a pivotal leadership role at a fast-scaling international tech company that’s doubling down on innovation and team growth across Portugal. AsLead Node.js Engineer, you’ll take the reins of a brand new engineering team, driving the delivery of a major new product initiative that will reshape the company’s core offering.

As team leader, you will mentor engineers, influence direction, and stay hands-on with a modern Node.js stack. You will take on the searching functionality of their platform which is crucial and core to the business. They are moving away from a legacy monolith to a microservices, cloud native offering to help them scale their business and improve efficiency in this largescale modernisation project.

If you’re a senior engineer ready to take the next step—or already leading and looking for more ownership—this role gives you the chance to shape a new team, build a product from the ground up, and grow into a key leadership figure in a company that values autonomy, trust, and smart scaling.

You will:

• Lead and mentor a new team of engineers
• Guide delivery of a greenfield product with high visibility
