OBJECTIVE:
The Donation Services Associate is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers. Donation Services Associates provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers timely and providing assistance as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care showing respect for items donated.
